    Yes! Please email info@tradingcardsolutions.com with your request. We will be sure to respond with a quote within 48 business hours. Be sure to include any logos, graphics, etc. that you are requesting in your order. Minimum lead time is 60 days for custom orders. Minimum order quantities will apply.

  • What is your Return Policy?
    Return Policy Here at TradingCardSolutions.com, we want to make sure that your shopping experience is a positive one! That is why we offer a 30-day return policy on items purchased through our store. If there has been a mistake on our part, or if the product was damaged during shipping, we will be happy to send you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label as well as a replacement product. All products that are returned to us must be sent back in their original packaging and not tampered with. ​ If you are simply not satisfied with the product, we will accept all returns within 30 days of the delivery date – under the following conditions: ​​ If the product you received is unopened, you have 30 days from the delivery date to receive a refund for the value of the product minus the amount for the prepaid shipping label. If the product you received has been opened and/or has been used, you have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request for a refund for the value of the product minus shipping and 8% handling fee. In order to return a package to us, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Code which will be sent to you via e-mail following the submission of the return form. All refunds and exchanges MUST fill out and submit the return form below before your request can be processed. Any package returned without an approved RMA code will NOT be accepted and will be sent back at your expense. In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, the original packing slip showing the order number from TradingCardSolutions.com must be included in the return package. In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, all gifts and promotional material associated with the product purchased must be included in the return package. ​ REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES ​​ In certain instances, we will ship out a replacement product or an exchange prior to receiving the original product back to our warehouse and will include a prepaid shipping label with the replacement. All original items are expected to be returned to our warehouse within 10 days of receiving the return label. If the product is not received within 10 days, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the original product along with the cost of the shipping label to the originating form of payment. ​​ IMPORTANT: Refunds or exchanges may be subject to the following conditions: Shipping charges which may be deducted from the final refund amount. Refusal to replace or refund items not submitted within the specified time frames. If you would like us to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, the total shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount. If you are returning a product due to an error originating on your part (such as ordering the incorrect product, color, etc.), there will be a 8% handling and re-stocking fee deducted from the refund amount in addition to the shipping amount deducted for the pre-paid return shipping label (if applicable). This is only applicable to refunds, not exchanges. Samples, shipping charges, promotional items, gift cards, and custom orders are NOT eligible for return.
  • Do you ship internationally?

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Orders typically ship from the warehouse within 24-48 business hours. Once tracking is uploaded, most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days. Custom order receiving time will be discussed and agreed upon during the custom order inquiry. Please note, processing times are not guaranteed and may fluctuate due to circumstances outside of the control of Trading Card Solutions.
  • What do I do if my address has changed since I placed order?
    If your order has already shipped, please contact the carrier and see if they can reroute your package. If your order has not shipped, please email info@tradingcardsolutions.com, and we should be able to update your address label before shipping.
  • My order shows "delivered", but I don't see it anywhere!
    Trading Card Solutions is committed to fulfilling orders accurately and safely. Once the order is in the hands of the carrier, Trading Card Solutions no longer has control over the handling, direction, or speed at which the order is transported to the customer. Furthermore, Trading Card Solutions is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we encourage customers to search surrounding mailboxes, including checking with neighbors who may have received your order by mistake, before filing a claim with the carrier. To submit a claim with USPS, please visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm To submit a claim with UPS, please visit https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page The carrier will request proof of purchase - your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails should fulfill this requirement.
