Yes! You can still place your rental order. Please make sure to use the same company name and point of contact that you provided when booking with the event venue. Once the event staff shares the master table layout with us, we’ll use that information to match your rental order to your assigned location.

Yes. All display cases will be delivered to the designated table sections before vendor setup begins, provided that your vendor information was submitted correctly.

If your display cases are not at your table upon arrival, you can pick them up directly from Trading Card Solutions staff at the Trading Card Solutions booth.

Cancellations made one week prior to the event’s first day will receive a full refund. Cancellations after the deadline—or no-shows at the event—may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

No, we will collect all cases at the end of the show. Just leave your cases on the table and we'll handle the rest!

Display cases are rented for the full duration of the event. Unfortunately, we do not offer pro-rated rental rates for partial event periods.

Our cases fit most brands of card risers (such as Card Riser Pro). If your card riser is taller than 2" with the cards on it, then you may need to use our display case risers. Display case risers are available with your reservation at no extra charge.
