Refund policy
At Trading Card Solutions, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for most items purchased through TradingCardSolutions.com.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged, unless the item arrived defective or was damaged in transit.
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
- Returns sent without an RMA code will be rejected and may be returned at your expense.
- The original packing slip with your order number must be included in the return package.
- All promotional items, free gifts, and bundled products must also be returned to qualify for a refund.
2. If the Return Is Due to Our Error
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will:
- Provide a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label
- Ship a replacement product at no additional cost
3. If You Change Your Mind or Ordered Incorrectly
If you simply no longer want the item, or made an ordering mistake, you may still return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Unopened/Unused Items: Refund will be issued for the product’s value, minus the cost of the pre-paid return shipping label (if requested).
- Opened/Used Items: Refund will be issued for the product’s value, minus the return shipping cost and an 8% handling and restocking fee.
4. Submitting a Return Request
All refund and exchange requests must go through the return request process:
- Submit your return using the return form provided on our website.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code by email.
- Do not ship your return until the RMA has been approved and received.
5. Replacements and Exchanges
In some cases, we may send out a replacement item or exchange before receiving your returned product. When this occurs:
- A prepaid return shipping label will be included with your replacement.
- You must return the original item within 10 days of receiving the return label.
- If the item is not returned within 10 days, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method for the cost of the product and the return shipping label.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Samples
- Shipping fees
- Promotional giveaways
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
7. Additional Notes
- If you request a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns that do not meet our conditions may be refused or charged additional fees at our discretion.
- Refunds are typically issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days of receipt and approval.
